Asking Direction 迷路篇
- Excuse me, Miss. I’m looking for the IBM Building, but I seem to be a little lost.
- 对不起，小姐，我正在找IBM大楼，但是我好象迷路了。

- I’m sorry, I’m not sure where that is. Do you have the address with you?
- 抱歉，我不确定那大楼在那，你有地址吗？

- Yes. It’s 882 Washington Boulevard, in the Lincoln Commercial Plaza.
- 有，地址是华盛顿大道882号，在林肯商业广场。

- Oh, yes. You’re quite close. What you have to do is walk west on this street(points), go to the second set of lights, then...
- 喔，你已经快到了，你现在只要向这条街往西走（用手指路），走到第二个红绿灯，然后...

- That will be Washington Boulevard?
- 那就是华盛顿大道了吗?

- Yes. Keep going straight, and cross Washington Boulevard. That’ll put you on the southwest corner. Turn left, and walk south down Washington Boulevard, on the right-hand side. The building will be on the right.
- 是的，直直走，穿越华盛顿大道，你就在西南街角上，左转之后靠华盛顿大道右手边往南走，大楼就在你的右边。

- About how far?
- 大约要多久?

- It shouldn’t be more than five minutes. I’m not sure, but I think you need to go past two sets of lights-- two blocks. Then you’ll be able to see a big McDonald’s sign. The plaza is right after that.
- 应该不会超过五分钟。我不确定，但你要过两个红绿灯--两条街。那么你就会看到一个大的麦当劳招牌。广场就在后面了。

- OK. So from here, I need to walk this way (points) to the second set of lights, then cross the street and turn left. When I hit the McDonald’s, the plaza should be right after that.

- Right. It won’t take you more than ten minutes to get there.
