青云亭是马来西亚最古老的中国庙宇，始建于1645年，后经重新装修，成为一座用马来西马来西亚传统舞蹈亚楠木建造的木结构庙宇。门口的匾额上写着“南海飞来”四个大字。庙内主要供奉的是观音菩萨，因此也称“观音亭”。青云亭是优美的中国式建筑的典范，庙堂里陈设的木雕和漆器，全是从中国运来的精品。寺内只有一块石碑，上面铭刻着纪念中国明代著名的航海家、三保太监郑和于1406年访问马六甲的事迹。郑和是到达马六甲最早的中国人。
